69th District-Level Under-17 Girls’ Cricket Tournament Begins at The Ummed School, Jodhpur

The 69th District-Level Under-17 Girls’ Cricket Tournament for the 2025-26 season has officially kicked off at The Ummed School in Navjyoti/Jodhpur.

The tournament features 14 teams selected from across the district. During the inaugural event, the school’s Principal, Ekta Baliya, and GM Alka Patta were introduced to the participating players and extended their best wishes. They emphasized that sports are not just about winning but also about discipline, team spirit, and a strong foundation of self-confidence.

The first match of the tournament was played between the teams of Vidyashram, Uchiyarada, and Rauma Vidyalaya Kirmasariya. Cricket coach Rahul Singh, physical education teacher Ashish Chauhan, and Gajendra Singh oversaw the arrangements for the event.
